Ordering Process

Our goal is to help you not only find the perfect pen, but to make sure that it arrives as expected.  To achieve that we feel it's important to have a project manager assigned to every order.  This is done at no extra cost to you.

Ordering promotional pens from us is easy!
Here's how it works:

  1. Select a product and fill out the "Request a Quote" form.
  2. You can upload your logo with the form, or you can email it to us later
  3. Your project manager will confirm receiving the request and will provide a quote
  4. Once you authorize the order your project manager will provide you with a proof and invoice
  5. As soon as you provide payment information your order will be processed and shipped
