Ordering Process

Our goal is to help you not only find the perfect pen, but to make sure that it arrives as expected.  To achieve that we feel it's important to have a project manager assigned to every order.  This is done at no extra cost to you.

Ordering promotional pens from us is easy!
Here's how it works:

  1. Select a product and fill out the "Request a Quote" form, attach logo if desired.
  2. Your project manager will confirm receiving the request and will provide a firm quote.
  3. Once you authorize the order, a proof of the exact imprint and invoice will be emailed.
  4. When payment is received your order will be processed and shipped.
